'UNCOOKED MOBILE GALLERY' is a travelling outdoor & indoor pop-up art gallery initiative of UNCOOKED CULTURE.
'UNCOOKED E-GALLERY-SHOPS' initiative, created to facilitate accessibility & convenience for the ordinary art enthusiasts & collectors to purchase original artworks, prints & crafts, displayed at our physical 'UNCOOKED MOBILE GALLERY', from every parts of the world.
PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Once your purchase is agreed, we will send you an invoice from Uncooked Culture PayPal account to your email address. The invoice email sent to you through PayPal provides you a link for making a payment by credit/debit card.
YOUR ORDER DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK
Artwork sent to you
After you have agreed to purchase an artwork from our Uncooked Book and we have received the full payment. We will arrange a delivery to your UK address. It will take approximately 2 - 7 working days within the UK and 10 - 14 working days for an artwork sent from outside the UK. There is no charge for artwork delivery. International import charge is at the client/purchaser’s expense. Custom charges cannot be estimated and happens in some cases.
Delivery to addresses outside the UK

Tracking the artwork delivery
Once your parcel is on its way, the artist will email you and Uncooked Culture the name of courier service the artist sent the work to you along with the tracking number and a web link where you can follow the journey of your parcel.
PO BOX addresses
We suggest to avoid using PO Box addresses for shipping as some delivery offices refuse to receive parcels on behalf of their clients should they need to sign for them. Please make sure that your PO Box accepts deliveries where a signature is required upon delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
If you have paid by a UK Bank Transfer and wish to receive a refund we will either send you a cheque or initiate a bank transfer to your account. In the latter case you will need to send us your account details. Please note we can only send your refund to the account we have received your payment from.
If you are returning a parcel or the artwork you have purchased, we will reimburse your shipping cost by refunding your delivery charge from the original order.
